Arlene is a teacher in St Andrews with over 10 years’ experience offering yoga and mindfulness classes under her own brand, Quiet Quests. Arlene brings a calm, welcoming style to her teaching and offers a wide range of practices—from dynamic Vinyasa flow to restorative Yin and Mindful Movement—alongside meditation and mindfulness sessions. She is currently completing a Masters in Teaching Mindfulness-Based Courses at Bangor University. Arlene also teaches in her own garden studio and at the Fairmont St Andrews.

Her journey began with a life-changing epiphany during a Pilates class in Abu Dhabi, where she realized her calling: helping others feel strong and self-assured through mindful exercise.Believing movement is a lifelong gift, Jada is inspired by her 80-year-old grandmother who still practices Pilates today. She is dedicated to helping her clients invest in their future health, ensuring they remain active and independent for years to come.Expertly qualified in Reformer, Mat Pilates, and Barre, Jada blends classical principles with modern energy. A professional dancer and Body Control Pilates teacher since 2012, Hilary’s passion for movement is deeply personal. After a severe back injury that left her unable to walk for a year, it was the Reformer that helped her return to the stage and tour in West End musicals. Today, she uses that experience to help others move with strength and renewed confidence. Highly qualified in Reformer and Matwork—with specialities in pre/postnatal care and bone health—Hilary combines expert knowledge with a warm, supportive style. Whether you are recovering from injury or building daily resilience, she ensures every session is accessible, effective, and tailored to your unique needs.
